Jonell has developed pleated filter elements that are manufactured from 100% synthetic materials (except gasket material) with no adhesives to create compatibility problems or cause contamination of critical solvents and process liquids. These elements are available in a number of configurations which allows their installation in almost every manufacturer's filter vessel.

100% Synthetic Construction: Jonell's synthetic elements are constructed entirely of polyester or polypropylene (except for the gasket material).
High Contaminant-Holding Capacity: Jonell's specialty media and engineered element designs provide for maximum dirt-holding capacity.
Multiple End Cap Configurations: Jonell can provide a wide variety of end cap configurations replacing many manufacturer's styles, including elements requiring the 222 or 226 o-ring. Available in lengths up to 40".
No Adhesives: Jonell uses their engineered method of thermally bonding the filter media with the end caps.
Wide Chemical Compatibility: Jonell synthetic elements are compatible with a wide range of fluids. Consult factory to verify compatibility.
Efficiency Ratings: Jonell's synthetic elements are available in a wide range of efficiency ratings. Beta ratios from 50 to 5000 are available in many different micron ranges.
Consistent Quality: Jonell runs analytical tests to confirm that each shipment of media meets, or exceeds, the rigid specifications under which they are ordered prior to any assembly being made.
