Jonell manufactures a complete line of pleated paper elements to replace most original manufacturer's nominally and absolute rated elements.   The elements can be furnished with a variety of end cap designs, including thread base, 222 o-ring, 226 o-ring, etc.  Jonell's pleated paper elements are made from the finest filter materials available.  This media is made from cellulose fibers that are bound with phenolic resins and are designed to function with most fluids having a PH range from 5 to 10.  The media is gently pleated and the resin heat cured, so as not to damage the pore structure, insuring that the finished element will maintain its desired efficiency.  These filters are available in a range of efficiencies from 0.5 to 100 microns.

Jonell runs analytical tests to confirm that each shipment of media meets, or exceeds, the rigid specifications under which they are ordered prior to any assembly being made.
